Siam Offset was founded in 1950 by Mr. Surat Bukkavesa (1925-1994), a very popular and well-known musician who was been elected as the first president of the “Entertainment Association of Thailand” for three consecutive terms.
Originally formed to print movie posters, Siam Offset has since expanded to include other entertainment printing services. The demand for the media updates were immense and thus “Darathai Magazine” , the company's own publication was first published two years after the company had been incorporated.
